Care for Clarkston, is an Extension event taking place monthly. This Extension focuses on the needs of Clarkston Community Center and the refugee community it serves. Care for Clarkston occurs one Saturday of each month (with a few exceptions) from 9 am until Noon. We meet in the BBQ Pit Parking lot and ride in church mini-bus to Clarkston, Georgia to help out at the Community Center there. We do landscaping, cleaning, moving furniture, decorating, play games with children, and help run programs. We also enjoy friendships with the people of Clarkston in the process. We require a permission form in order to participate. Have questions? Contact Terry Fair, the C4C Coordinator. Dates: 1/16; 2/20; 3/27; 4/24.
