Sunday, November 20th / 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. / Tree Lot Construction & Set Up (Rain Date is Monday, 21st)
Saturday, November 26th / 8:00 a.m. Trees Arrive / Help Unload Trees / Donuts, Coffee & Hot Chocolate
Saturday, November 26th / Opening Day!! Shift Schedules: 9-12 / 12-3/3-6
Sunday, December 18th / Estimated Closing Date!!

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday / 5-7
Thursday & Friday / 5-8
Saturday / 9-12 / 12-3/3-6
Sunday / 12-3 / 3-6 (Community Groups Tree Lot Fellowship from 6-8)
Adults, sign up to be a Papa or Mama Elf!! Be responsible for at least one shift and make sure that there is at least 2-4 adults and 4 -8 youth.
Create a “shift theme”, for example, “Dads & Daughters for 9th Grade Girls”!!
Youth, grab your friends, your parents, your gloves, your football, your hats and scarves!! The Christmas Tree Lot is where you will
want to be every day until the last tree is sold!!
