FORMS

In order to participate in the High School Spring Retreat one must have turned in the following forms.  Most, if not all, will have the first 2 on file with the Youth Office (you can confirm with Robyn Giles), but all will need to complete and return the 3rd form by the date of the retreat. (You can bring it with you at check-in).

Friday

4:30 Arrive at Oak Grove Fellowship Hall and Check-in.
5:00 Depart for Retreat Site
Dinner on the way
7:30 - 8:30 pm Registration
9:00 Worship
10:30 Small groups/youth leaders meeting
11:30 In cabins
12:00 Lights Out

Saturday
7:45/8:30 am Breakfast - meals will be divided into 2 shifts
9:15 Guided Devo Time
9:45 Worship
11:00 Small groups
11:45 - 12:30 pm Lunch - 2 shifts
1:15 pm Afternoon activities - includes interest groups, experiential activities, YSF, fun and games and some free time
5:00/5:45 Dinner - 2 shifts
7:00 Small groups
8:00 Worship
9:45 Youth Group Time
11:00 In cabins
11:30 Lights Out

Sunday
7:45/8:30 am Breakfast - 2 shifts/ clean up and load
9:15 Small groups
10:00 Worship
11:15 Head home
Lunch on the way
1:30-2:30 Window of return back to BBQ Pit parking lot. (check 404.636.7558 x411 around 12:30 for specific ETA)

WHAT TO BRING ON THE SPIRITUAL LIFE RETREAT
Comfortable clothes - February and March weather can be warm or cold, sunny or rainy!
Coat or jacket
Rain gear
Extra pair of shoes in case you get wet
Shower shoes
Personal toiletries
Bible, journal or notebook, pen
Flashlight
Linens (sheets, sleeping bag, towels)
Pillow
Money for snacks (Glisson store will open at certain times) and two fast food meals
Donation for Youth Service Fund offering during worship
Make sure your youth leader has your medical form and permission/covenant form!
A good attitude and an open heart

Just a reminder that you bring electronics and valuables at your own risk. Also - the purpose of the weekend is to interact with others and not be plugged in all the time!
